Ready to make an impact? As a key part of the commercial team, you will support the businesses various revenue generating channels in coordinating detailed SKU level demand plans for all brands. What You’ll Be Doing
- Support trading teams in developing and managing a rolling 12-month sales demand forecast across different sales channels
- Bringing together demand forecasts from all teams to create a master demand plan, presenting it effectively to the purchasing and operations departments.
- Continuously update and refine the demand plan using demand planning tools, statistical analysis and external data sets.
- Manage channel inventory levels to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, ensuring optimal availability to maximise sales and margins.
- Track forecast accuracy, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to improve planning precision.
- Provide senior leadership with actionable insights and reports on demand trends and potential risks.
- Analyse cross-channel promotional and marketing activities and assess their impact on demand.
- Document all related processes and procedures to support operational continuity.

- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, forecasting tools, and ERP systems.
