Wilton Bradley Ltd specialise in the design, development, sourcing and supply of quality consumer leisure goods, supplying our own branded goods to specialist retailers and sourcing a broad range of products for many of the world’s leading retailers and third party brand owners.

We have a talented design and product development team based in our UK headquarters. Our team design and develop innovative new products for our own brands, as well as helping our trade customers to conceptualise their own product ideas.

With over 20 years of experience in sourcing goods from some of the best and most competitive factories around the world, we are able to provide unrivalled sourcing capabilities for our customers. We have time honoured values of, tough but fair and transparent dealings with our supply chain, ensuring competitive pricing, quality and reliable delivery. Our Hong Kong Office is home to an expert team of sourcing and quality control specialists as well as a permanently manned showroom.

Whilst we source goods and have ongoing relationships with 100’s of manufacturers around the world, we choose to represent a small and select number of factories who are excellent within their field, such as Bestway, one of the world’s leading inflatable brands. We only work on an exclusive basis in the UK where we feel a local representation will benefit the factory, the trade customer and ultimately the consumer. By taking responsibility for sales / marketing and after sales we can maximise the manufacturer’s market share and customer satisfaction which in turn leads to business longevity, we can help good factories become UK market leaders.

whatwedo-4 Flexible Buying & Supply Options

We are able to offer our customers a method of supply that best suits their business. We carry inventory of own brand products in our 100,000 sq. ft. warehouse facility in the UK. We also offer customers the following options to purchase, which all handled in house via our own facilities and administered by our expert team:

  • FOB – through our Hong Kong company, where we have a permanently manned showroom
  • Direct Container –  full container loads providing the advantage of the volume price but without the worry of shipping, customs clearance and compliance.
  • Domestic Trade Supply – multiple carton or pallet orders picked and dispatched from UK inventory dispatched to trade customers in the UK and North West Europe.
  • Direct Dispatch – we can ship single items direct to consumer from our UK warehouse, on behalf of our major customers.

Wilton Bradley have a full time in house compliance team. We have time honoured values of supplying fit for purpose products and we exercise extreme diligence when it comes to ensuring that our products comply with all relevant standards. We are also an audited and accredited member of ToyCred, which means that we have robust systems in place to ensure compliance throughout the supply chain.

Our professional and dedicated area sales managers cover every corner of the UK. They are supported by a sales admin office team in our headquarters, who are friendly and knowledgeable. From TV campaigns to weather activated digital advertising, our marketing team are experienced and dedicated to growing awareness for our brands. Our marketing and design team also produce quality copy and images for every product (and video for many), helping to maximise sales and save you time.

Wilton Bradley are passionate about customer service. We have a dedicated customer service and sales office team who process domestic orders with speed and efficiency – Orders placed before midday are often picked, packed, dispatched and delivered within 24 hours. Our in house distribution centre can pick pack and dispatch in excess of 4000 cartons per day. We also have a professional and dedicated force of area sales managers covering every corner of the UK, supported by a sales admin office team who are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. You can get in touch directly with them on our contact page.

We are committed to ensuring your customers maximise their enjoyment and satisfaction with our products. With this in mind, for selected products and brands, we offer our own dedicated Customer Support Service. This is a free service which gives your consumers access to a knowledgeable team of trained advisers who offer specialised advice, supported by an advanced CRM and telephone system. Ultimately this makes your customers happier and whilst minimising your return rate.
